Three weeks before the 20th annual Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House, art fans will have a chance to preview – and a first shot at purchasing – the work of more than 70 Stutz artists at the "1st Look Show" at the Stutz Art Gallery on the first floor of the Stutz building.

At the show, most of the artists will exhibit one piece as a representation of the work they'll show in their studios during the open house on April 26 and 27. Checking out the "1st Look Show" is a great way to plot which studios to visit during the open house.

An opening reception for the show is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. April 5, in conjunction with the Indianapolis Downtown Artists & Dealers Association's (IDADA) monthly First Friday gallery tour. The show continues through April 27, and the gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays or by appointment. It will be open during the open house as well.
