Artist Statement I am a multi-media, multi-subject artist. I work with 3-D bits and pieces, plaster, paint and drawing materials. I splatter, scrape and experiment with color and texture. Layer upon layer and spanning from dark to light, I combine abstraction with illusion, beauty with the grotesque and control with chaos. I play with my work. I speak to it, ignore it and cherish it. My artwork reflects wide personal interests and is inspired by dreams, stories and the combination of concepts.
