At Alexander Coleman Dance Company, we believe that dance is more than movement—it is a profound expression of identity, culture, and connection. Rooted in the principles of community, creativity, and connection, our work celebrates the beauty of diversity and the power of storytelling through rhythm.

We specialize in salsa, bachata, mambo, afro-fusion, and hip-hop/reggaeton, offering a vibrant space for dancers of all ages and backgrounds to grow, thrive, and shine.

For us, dance is not just an art—it is a bridge to new opportunities, self-expression, and a thriving, creative community.

Bio

The Alexander Coleman Dance Company (ACDC) has earned recognition on local, national, and international stages. Since its inception, ACDC has consistently brought home top honors, including First Place in the Formation Division at the 2023 CBC Dancesport and Ohio Star Ball, and back-to-back victories at the 2021 and 2022 Riverfront Dancesport and Gateway Dancesport Championships. Beyond competitions, ACDC has served as back-up dancers for local artists and is a fixture at Salsa and Bachata Festivals and Congresses nationwide. Led by Fallon Coleman, a semi-professional dancer passionate about making dance accessible, ACDC thrives on a mission to cultivate community and celebrate diversity through movement. Fallon’s vision fuels the company’s vibrant mix of styles and inspires dancers of all backgrounds to explore their passion for dance. Whether on competitive stages, community events, or national festivals, ACDC is driven by a belief that dance is a universal language that fosters connection, creativity, and empowerment.
